Trip to Utah

Last week I went to Utah to spend time with my kids and grandkids before they all leave me and go to Washington DC for the summer. They will all be working for Apex. On Friday night Adrienne and I decided to go to Cedar City to my sister tootys twilight party and then to St. George to see Jess and Mike. Darren was a good sport and stayed home and watched Mckayl and Brooklyn and Adrienne I took Kayson and Adalyn and headed for Cedar Saturday morning. We made it in time to watch Taylors soccer game and then had a fun twilight party. Everyone dressed up as one of the characters. Fun Fun Fun! Sunday we went to St. George and listened to Mike and Jess talk in church, they did a great job. Jess fixed us a wonderful dinner and then we took a drive to Zions National Park. We made it back to Syrcuse just in time for Adrienne to do her hair appointments. We had a great week-end and I enjoyed and loved every minute with my family!!!

For Time and All Eternity

On March 14th Chase and Megan Russell were sealed for Time and All Eternity in the Rexburg Temple. It was a beautiful day in all ways!!! Megans grandfather was the sealer and he gave them some great advise that is a great reminder for all of us.
1. Say your prayers individually and together daily
2. Read your scriptures Daily
3. Attend your Sunday Meetings
4. Pay your Tithing
5. Attend the Temple regularly
We love you Chase and Megan! The blessing of the Temple are the Crowning Blessing of the Gospel. The blessings of regular Temple Attendance are amazing!

A beautiful Blessing for McKinley

Mckinley was blessed Sunday March 8th. Her Dad gave her a very special and beautiful blessing. I am so grateful for the blessing of the Priesthood. It was a tender moment to have Brandon give the blessing and his Dad, brother and brother in Laws participate in that special occasion.

Adrienne, Darren and the kids were up for a week and we had a great time!!! Everyone was home the week-end of the 8th for McKinleys blessing. With 6 kids and the grand-dog there is never a dull moment, Braxton even got to sleep over with his cousins on Thursday night. We watched movies, ate popcorn and dots went thru 2 pounds of bridge mix and 2 pounds of cadbury eggs over the week, it was fun!!!!!!!!! We went bowling,went to Green Canyon,and had tea parties. We love being together!
